Simulate your digital twin in seconds in Simulink

Multiphysics has never been more fast and integrated

MTCore-SIM is represents the real operation of the Electric Motor on the test bench.

  • Electric
  • Magnetic
  • Control
  • Thermal

All physics at the same time with unmatchable performance

Simulate Driving Cycles, Continuous Working Points, Peak Working Points and more…

(e.g. WMTC Driving Cycle: 1800s simulated in 5s)

Multiphysics made Instantaneous

What are the Inputs and the Ouputs?

MTCore-SIM can work with different control strategies:

  • Torque Control: the control logic works runtime to reach the torque with the optimum currents depending on:
    • Voltage DC
    • Winding Temperature
    • Permanent Magnets Temperature
    • Rotor Speed

  • Current Control: the user can impose the Id Iq currents

What are the Inputs?

  1. Performance: Torque, Speed
  2. Electric: Battery Voltage DC, Currents (Id, Iq)
  3. Thermal: Ambient, Coolant Temperatures & Coolant Flow Rate

What are the Outputs?

  • More than hundred outputs can be observed:
  • Phase currents and voltages
  • Power factor
  • Electric motor fluxes
  • All motor temperatures
  • Sinusoidal power loss segregation
  • PWM power loss segregation
  • Output Torque
  • Output Power
  • Motor Efficiency
