How it is Designed

 

MoBeLIV's DOTS is your electric motor, completely defined, ready to be used, analyzed and compared.

 

It contains full detailed electromagnetic, thermal & control model, with all useful informations:

 

  • Complete flux maps at all magnets temperatures
  • Full sinusoidal Loss segregation at all temperatures and speeds
  • PWM impact on losses due to inverter supply
  • Detailed control strategy for optimum working point definition
  • Full parametric thermal model depending on: coolant type (water, oil, rotor cool,…), coolant flow rate, coolant and ambient temperatures
